Return Policy

Navystuff.com offers a Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy so that you can buy with confidence.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly issue a refund using your original method of payment, or if you prefer, we will exchange it for another size, color, or item. Only new/unused items may be returned. If you have any questions about the return process, please give us a call at (800)850-NAVY.

To help us better serve you, please follow the simple steps below.

How to Return an Item:

  1. The return must be made within 30 days (Orders shipped between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 are eligible for return until Jan. 24 of the following year) of receipt and our "Return Form" must be used. Click on "Return Form" and you can view this printable form.

  2. You can re-use our original shipping carton, but make sure you remove or completely cover the original shipping label (we wouldn't want it to arrive at your front door the day after you ship it…would we ?!?!). Enclose the completed Return Form.

  3. You may use the US Mail or UPS. If we made an error and shipped you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs.


  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will promptly complete the return (refund, charge credit, exchange, etc).
