How to Return an Item:

1. The return must be made within 30 days (Orders shipped between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 are eligible for return until Jan. 24 of the following year) of receipt and our "Return Form" must be used. Click on "Return Form" and you can view this printable form.
   
   
2. You can re-use our original shipping carton, but make sure you remove or completely cover the original shipping label (we wouldn't want it to arrive at your front door the day after you ship it…would we ?). Enclose the completed Return Form.
   
   
3. You may use the US Mail or UPS. If we made an error and shipped you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs.



4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will promptly complete the return (refund, charge credit, exchange, etc).
